WHY DO YOU NEED HOME STAGING 

Real estate is a competitive marketplace, especially in Vancouver area.

We arranging furniture and décor with the intent to showcase a home for sale. Home staging helps you to sell your property faster because it give your potential buyers an idea of what their new home would look like.

WHICH ROOMS SHOULD BE STAGED 

Depending on the size of the home, you may leave several rooms of the list of what could be staged. For any home, the main rooms of the home are key when staging. Those include:

  • Living Room

  • Family Room (if there is one)

  • Master Bedroom

  • Master Bath

  • Kitchen

  • Dining Room

  • Extra Bedrooms

WHAT ARE STAGING SERVICE 

We will provide a detailed assessment of the entire home, both indoor and landscape. It consists of a walk-through of each room of the house and evaluating

  • Paint, carpet, landscaping, etc.

  • Placement of furniture

  • Depersonalization

  • Any other changes that need to take place to make the home market-ready

OCCUPIED HOME STAGING 

An Occupied Home Staging is when the homeowner are still living in the home while it is on the market. We will keep most of the seller’s furnishings to Stage the home.  Additional furniture and décor may be added to make the home feel more complete. 

VACANT HOME STAGING 

A Vacant Home Staging is when the home is completely empty and there are no people living in the home during the sale. It is zero work for you when you elect to have a professional stager come in and do the work.  Professional Stagers are trained to select the appropriate items needed and allow prospective home buyers to define spaces and see themselves living in the home.
